Our refund policy has two different aspects; short-term (tolerance-based) and longer-term (performance-based).
SHORT TERM (within 30 days of purchase)
If you are not able to consume NIALOR®, regularly (common reasons include flushing, upset stomach, excessive skin irritation)
which prevent longer-term use, you may return it to us for a refund under the following conditions.
We must receive your returned bottle(s) within 30 days of purchase.

LONGER TERM (within 3 months of purchase)
This guarantee is performance-based and warrants the efficacy of the product for new customers only.
We guarantee that NIALOR® will provide at least 40% reduction in Triglycerides (for initial levels above 250mg/dL) when taken in
1500mg/day dosages for 3 months (2-Pack). If you do not experience at least this level of reduction, we will pay you $100.
We guarantee that NIALOR® will provide at least 25% improvement in HDL Cholesterol (for initial levels below 35mg/dL) when
taken in 1500 mg/day dosages for 3 months (2-Pack). If you do not experience at least this level of reduction, we will pay you $100.
This Performance Guarantee Refund policy requires before/after lab results, and applies only to new customers
