While NIALOR® is a dietary supplement and available without a prescription, we
recommend that you consult your physician before taking NIALOR® for cholesterol /
triglycerides-related reasons.
If you are currently taking other prescription medication or under your doctor's care for a
serious condition, we strongly recommend that you first consult your physician before
taking NIALOR®.
Starting with NIALOR®
NIALOR® is designed to sharply reduce the flushing effect typical with instant-release
niacin. Most of our customers do not experience severe flushing typically associated with
niacin consumption.
Flushing is exhibited by red, hot and itchy skin that can last for several hours. This effect is
caused by dialating blood vessels and is completely harmless in most cases. In fact,
flushing is somewhat beneficial.
However, flushing is an unpleasant experience.
To minimize your risk of flushing, please follow the routine below:
If you find that your are flushing, you may combine ibuprofen or aspirin with NIALOR® to help
further offset the flushing.
NIALOR® for Improving Cholesterol & Triglycerides
Ideally, 3 tablets per day of NIALOR® per day will provide you with optimal benefits.
Results are generally seen after 3 months.
Combining NIALOR® with a healthy diet and exercise program can further enhance your
results.

Maintaining Healthy Cholesterol & Triglycerides
To maintain an already healthy level of cholesterol and triglycerides, you may reduce daily
dosage to 1-2 NIALOR® tablets per day.

experience temporary red, hot and itchy skin which typically disappears within
an hour. To reduce the risk of this side effect, avoid alcohol at time of
administration.
Other niacin-related side effects include dry skin, runny nose, upset stomach,
nausea, and diarrhea. More serious potential side-effects include reduced
glucose tolerance, increased uric acid, liver toxicity, and arrhythmia. If you
experience any of these or other side-effects on a regular basis, immediately
stop taking NIALOR® and consult your physician.

have one or more of the following conditions:known
allergies diabetes, peptic ulcer disease, gout, glaucoma,
disorders of the liver, kidneys or gallbladder, pregnancy or
lactation, cardiovascular disease, have recently suffered a
heart attack, are taking cholesterol-lowering medications or
are under a physician’s supervision for any other serious
condition.
